Valiant DR Series

The Valiant DR400 is an entry-level Dive and Rescue boat: small enough to be used with a tiller-steered Mercury outboard and strong enough to stand up to the rigours of a working life.

Standard equipment: Bow cleat, bow locker, front anchor/towing ring, foam-filled hull, internal & external lifelines, lifting handles, non-slip deck, tube reinforcements, telescopic paddles, pressure relief valves, reinforced rubbing strake, stern lifting/towing points.

Optional equipment: Rubber bow roller, reinforced lifting points, boat cover, coloured hull, PVC keep protection, boarding ladder S-4, jockey console S3, stainless steel navigation frame with lights.

The Valiant DR450 has a slightly wider beam than the DR400 and it's greater length allows the fitting of a double-seat jockey console. Even though it's small enough to be stored in a domestic garage, it's still big enough to carry 7 people!

The Valiant DR490 was tested by the RNLI as one of a group of similarly sized RIBs from 12 different manufacturers: it was the only one to meet their standards for seakeeping - need we say more?

The Valiant DR520, like all the DR series, is available with tough Haku tubes or tougher Akron-TPE fabric. Even though it's designed as a working boat, it can be rigged with a choice of consoles and seating for whatever use you have.

The Valiant DR 570 makes a perfect dive RIB: with a capacity of 9 persons or 1,150kg it is well able to carry divers and their kit out to that distant wreck - and has enough space on deck for an optional air bottle rack.

The Valiant DR620 has a large built-in fuel tank mounted under the deck and is perfectly suited to being used by diving clubs, underwater activitiy clubs and the most demanding professional users.

The largest in the series, the Valiant DR750 can carry 22 people or a considerable 2,300kg. It can be rigged exactly to the user's needs and can be powered by single or twin Mercury outboards.
