At ABC Powermarine, we pride ourselves on the service we are able to offer our customers.

We are able to perform any type of maintenance on all makes of inboards and outboards, from regular servicing to a complete rebuild. We are Anglesey's only Mercury Service Centre and have factory-trained engineers to offer the full service and warranty back-up you expect.

Marine Engineering

Our factory trained mechanics have a wide experience of dealing with almost all makes of marine engines and can provide support for any make of outboard, either in our main workshops at Gallows Point or wherever the boat is, using our mobile workshop. On top of this, we are equipped in excess of manufacturer's requirements with all the latest diagnostic equipment including the Mercury & Mercruiser CDS. We have all the tools required to undertake any work on Mercury & Mariner 2-stroke and 4-stroke electronic fuel injection (EFI & MPI) outboards and inboards, all Mercury & Mariner Optixax outboards, Mercury & Mariner Verado 4-stroke outboards, as well as the Mercury MerCruiser DTRONIC diesel engines and sterndrives.

We are one of few marine engineering businesses to offer fixed price servicing for all types of engine and can offer this service on-site wherever it is needed and without a call-out charge. We also offer dynamometer testing at our workshops - the marine equivalent of a rolling road - to ensure that your engine is tuned to perfection.

Re-engining

Even with the best powerplant in your boat, there comes a time when it's best to move on and up to a newer engine. At ABC Powermarine, we're well experienced with re-engining both inboard engines and complete sterndrive packages. As Vetus and Yanmar agents, we can advise on the best options for yachts and can include the full package of sterngear, exhuats, fuel and water intake systems. As a dealer for Mercruiser and for Cummins Mercruiser Diesel, we're able to help you upgrade your existing engine or make that money-saving switch from petrol to diesel. Respraying

With a purpose-built paint shop with extraction equipment and heaters, ABC Powermarine are perfectly equipped for boat respraying jobs. Using the Blakes Pro-Systems and Polygloss two-pack ranges we are able to match virtually any colour and bring back that new look to your boat. Rigging Service

ABC Powermarine's rigging department offers roller swaging as well as traditional talurite swaging, with a servce to match any other. Our rigging service is available for jobs of all size, from making up short strops to complete re-rigging and from rope splicing to outfitting pubs! We are able to work with many sizes of wire and would be happy to quote for any requirements.

General Maintenance

In addition to specialised services, ABC Powermarine offer the full range of general maintenance solutions, from minor improvements to total refits and repairs. Be it glass fibre work, woodwork, welding, refixing, gel work, re-upholstering or simply cleaning, valeting and polishing we can do it!
