Vanguard TX Series

Vanguard TX540 TX 540

The Vanguard TX540 is the smallest of the professional series boats and is a strong and manoeuvrable boat, with a deep V hull ideal for heavy use as a tender or transfer boat for larger vessels, as well as surveillance, patrol, rescue, civil protection and other operations that demand security, speed and effectiveness.

The TX540 is highly regarded among sailing coaches as it is easily towable and has low maintenance costs. The professional hull has a reinforced internal structure and an optional unsinkable model is available upon request.

The moulded non-slip deck has a large bow stowage locker; and a built-in 100 litre fuel tank below deck to increase range and stability. Cable conduits below deck for remote control configurations free up deck space.

The TX540 can be configured with a jockey or a centre console with seat. It can also be supplied as an open boat. The stern has a counterbracket with bilge access and a 2,400 l/hour bilge pump.

Vanguard TX760 TX 760

The TX 760 is a high-performance outboard-powered RIB built to military-grade specifications for professional uses such as coast guards; quick response patrol and rescue operations; and armed forces - as well as charter activities and high-performance diving centres.

The TX series has a Deep Vee hull from bow to stern with pronounced strakes along the full length of the hull that reduce spray and increase lift and holding in sharp manoeuvres, maximising power and speed ratios.

The TX760 is constructed with a three-part hull with reinforced, military-grade internal structure and practically unsinkable buoyancy reserve, enabling it to float even with all tubes destroyed. It can be rigged with single or twin outboards.
