Before the arrival of Verado, boating choices were black and white: four-stroke engines boasted advanced technology and reliability, but they couldn't equal the acceleration of traditional two-strokes.

Compromises were inevitable. L4 Verado - 135hp to 200hp

The supercharged Verado four-cylinder (135hp-200hp) brings a new concept of power and performance to mid-range outboards, giving you a rocket-fast hole shot, powerful mid-range punch and blazing top-end speed. These engines boast SmartCraft Digital Throttle & Shift control, advanced sound-deadening technology and tested to-extremes reliability.

All L-4 Verado engines are supplied with digital Smartcraft instrumentation and a rigging kit including stainless steel propeller and remote control.

L6 Verado - 225hp to 300hp

The supercharged Verado six-cylinder (225hp-300hp) sets a new standard for outboards. Not only does it outperform virtually every other engine on the water, it's also remarkably quiet and clean running. The combination of SmartCraft Digital Throttle & Shift and electro-hydraulic power steering delivers incomparably smooth shifts, superb handling and a level of helm control and confidence previously unimagined.

All L-6 Verado engines are supplied with digital Smartcraft instrumentation and a full rigging kit including stainless steel propeller, remote control and power-assisted hydraulic steering.
